Your registration fee includes meals, access to all base activities for the 4-day event. Add-on activities for youth have extra fees. Each family will also receive a souvenir book as well as a souvenir bag filled with keepsakes.

With that, families with kids between the age of 13 to 18 are advised to stay at the Hyatt Regency in Schaumburg for kids’ convenience and easy room access during the day. To provide each attendee with an excellent experience, the actual total cost per person is $425. The registration fee is heavily subsidized by generous donations by many of our sponsors. However, if you can, please include a donation during your registration to cover the delta cost.

We have a limited number of reserved seats (max 500) available for donors who contribute $501 or more in the main hall. Each donation of $501 secures one seat in the reserved seating area in the main convention hall. Reserved seating will be available between VIP seating and General Seating.

We understand sometimes your plans may change or things may come up. Please see below for cancellation terms and conditions. Cancellation refunds will be processed based on the initial payment method. Please allow 45 days after the convention to process the refund.
- TRANSFER IS NOT ALLOWED
- Cancellations prior to March 1, 2025, will be entitled to a 50% refund of all collected fees amount.
- Cancellation after March 1, 2025, will be entitled to a 25% refund of all collected fees amount.
- No refunds can be offered after June 1, 2025.
- Cancellation refunds will be processed based on the payment method. Please allow 45 days after you have requested a refund for your request to be processed.
- If you are cancelling convention registration you may need to look in to cancelling hotel booking.

- JAINA, its affiliated Jain Centers, and their Directors, Convention Board, Officers, Coordinators, and Volunteers shall not be responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to registrants and/or to any of their guests.
- Online registration will close on June 25th, 2025. Thereafter, registration will be available on- site only.
- JAINA reserves the right to modify Convention plans (programs, activities, sessions, speakers, food menu, etc.)
- A parent or legal guardian will be requested to sign a liability waiver if a participant is under 18 years of age for participating in independent activities.
- Registration confirmation will be emailed to you. Each registrant must bring a confirmation email and picture ID to the registration desk.
- Registration ID must be always worn during the multi days event.
- By registering for the Convention, you agree to following consent: “I consent to JAINA recording and using any film/photo content from the 2025 JAINA Convention that I may appear in knowingly or unknowingly. I waive all claims to compensation or royalties. I waive all claims to disapprove or approve the final content created.”
